Collins Brings Conference to Kells

Brian Collins wishes to express his thanks to the people of Kells for all the support they showed during the recent visit of over 170 delegates to the Tom Johnson School, September 9th to the 11th, in the Town.
He said that the support of the Town Council, the Headfort Arms Hotel and all the accomdation suppliers were essential to the smooth running of the conference and he hopes that his effort in bringing business to the town will be copied by others.
Cllr. Brian Collins has said that but for the fantastic support he recieved from the accomodation providers in the Town his task as Director would have been next to impossible.
However he said that he had recieved excellent support from across the business Community in the Town. He paid particular thanks to Kells Town Council, the Headfort Arms Hotel, Smiths and Kells Hostel. The good wishes he recieved from all the other local representatives, across the political divide, was also very appreciated.
He concluded by saying that he hopes other conferences will come to the town and that he was willing to help other Parties in any way he could to achieve that aim.
