New Salt Barn to improve Council’s Road Gritting Measures:

Construction of the new Salt Barn, (located off the N4, beside the roundabout leading to the Deadman’s Inn and the Hermitage Clinic) is almost complete. The Barn should enable an improved road gritting services in the future. The Manager has informed me that the entire road gritting programme for 2011/2012 is being reviewed.
