Cllr. Pat Cody is recognised as a straight-talking councillor who works tirelessly for his constituents. Since his election to Wexford County Council in 2009, Pat has campaigned on

A nurse in St. Senan’s Hospital, Enniscorthy, Pat has been to the fore in developing and enhancing Community Mental Health Services in Enniscorthy, Gorey, New Ross and Wexford.

Again and again, the question coming up most in voters’ minds is jobs ,whilst our meeting with people Enniscorthy, Oylegate, Ferns and other parts of the county

Pat belives that the future lies in

• Commitment to ring-fence €500m for a range of initiatives could help to get the almost 450,000 people on the ‘live’ register back to work;

• Investment in digital infrastructure, paving the way for a new company NetCo, which would begin the rollout of Ireland’s next generation broadband;

• Drive retail employment by enacting Labour’s legislation to abolish upward-only rent review for all commercial leases;

• National retro-fit programme of the estimated 1.2m homes in need of improving their energy efficiency, bringing the potential to employ up to 30,000 construction workers;
